Overview of High-Frequency Welded Pipe Machines

A high-frequency welded pipe machine uses high-frequency electromagnetic fields to weld metal pipes. Its working principle involves generating high-frequency currents through a high-frequency power supply, rapidly heating the metal pipe to its melting point via induction heating, and fusing the contact surfaces. Thanks to the skin effect and proximity effect of high-frequency currents, heat is highly concentrated in the welding zone, resulting in rapid heating and high welding efficiency.
Introduction to Vertical Accumulators

1. Application Scope
Vertical accumulators are primarily used in small and medium-sized high-frequency welded pipe machines, while large-scale systems are better suited for spiral accumulators.
2. Reasons for Suitability
Small and Medium-Sized Machines: These machines typically use smaller and thinner steel strips, which can move smoothly within the vertical accumulator.
Large Machines: Due to the larger size and heavier weight of steel strips, spiral accumulators are more appropriate for these systems.
3. Functions and Performance
Vertical accumulators serve as a connection to the uncoiler, storing and feeding raw materials. They typically hold 1-2 tons of material, equivalent to approximately 200 meters of steel strip. In contrast, spiral accumulators can handle 8-10 tons of material, storing up to 300 meters of steel strip.
